ARVIND SINGH
He holds a Master Degree in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Nutrition. Arvind is trainer and researcher with 12 yearsof experience in development sector. He leads Matri Sudha and has strong interest in research,policy advocacy, programme management, capacity building with key focus on young children,adolescent’s health, maternal health and nutrition.
PINKI
She holds a Masters Deree in Social Work and has been associated with Matri Sudha since 2014. She has strong skills in data analysis, research and progamme implementation. She had also worked with CanKids and during her association with CanKids, she worked with children diagnosed with different forms of cancer.
RAVI SHANKER RAI
Ravi works as a Lead Researcher and Technical Expert on ECCD and Health at Matri Sudha. Ravi is passionate about contemporary social issues related to ECCD and sexual and reproductive health. He is committed towards his responsibilities and quite innovative in his approach.
SANDEEP
Sandeep originally belons to Haldwani, Uttarakhand. Before joining Matri Sudha, he has worked with a taxation consultant for one year and with Universal Infosys as an accountant for 2 years.At Matri Sudha he works as an Accounts and Administrative Executive.
BABITA KUMARI
Babita has been associated with Matri Sudha since 2018. She initially joined as a CommunityWorker in Child Rights and You supported project on health and nutrition. Presently she works as Junior Health Worker. Babita is expert in data monitoring, working with adolescents, anganwadis, ASHAs, ANMs and leads various grassroots intervention .
HIMANSHI
Himanshioriginally belongsto Aligarh and Village Saharanpur. She has completed her Bachelors of Artsfrom Delhi University and Masters in Political Science with 1st division.Himanshi also holds a diploma in elementary education (D.El.ED) from DIET in 2016-2018. She also qualified for the prestigious CTET Exam.Himanshi is self-motivated, creative and honest towards her work and responsibility. She works on maternal and child health, ECCD and adolescents on life skills at Matri Sudha.
NITESH KUMAR
Nitesh has been associated with Matri Sudha since 2018, when he wasthe member of adolescent boys’ group in the organization. His father is atailor in an export company. He has 2 sisters who are pursuing highereducation. Nitesh is working with Flipkart E Commerce Company.Nitesh has been an active participant in few campaigns run by theorganization and one he had led 40 children and youth members team insocial campaigns and sports activities. He used to coordinate with thegroup members to play Kabaddi. He had completed 2 months ElectricianCourse, supported by CRY. In 2020 he received certification in DLCprogramme of 3 Months at Matri Sudha. When we were looking for adedicated teacher for DLC, he suggested his name. where he passed thetest and became the DLC teacher at Matri Sudha. Nitesh is now one of the core TEAM MEMBERSs and monitors the livelihood programme with support from Ma Foundation.
